A neateam, being a means of payment, may be inflated due to uncontrolled emission, i. e. if the number of neateams excesses the possibilities of businesses to accept these notes and provide goods or services in full the value of neateams will decrease. To allow this means to put an end on the project.

To assist emitting neateams the Partnership resolved to invite and involve in work a Treasurer. The First Members of the Partnership do no emit neateams.

The First Members of the Partnership control the Treasurer's work.

Only They can order the Treasurer to emit new neateams.

The Treasurer is assigned for his post for one year. Such a Treasurer doesn not have any business, he/she receives a salary for his Right to emit neateams. In neateams.

Control of the Treasurer's work is simple: each emission of neateams is followed by appearing of new info about a New Member of the Partnership on this website in one day.
