Preamble

The Partnership holds no equality of its Members. The First Members of the Partnership hold absolute power in the Partnership's policy and all its moves and motions. The First Members' decisions are final and incur no debates therein. Before any decision making the First Members of the Partnership may discuss situations with other Members.

All WMID's who signed the present Contract join the Partnership voluntarily with clear mind.

New Members of the Partnership

Join the Partnership and the present Contract and oblige to accept neateams as payment means for their goods and services. The New Members of the Partnership have the Right to specify prices for their goods and services in neateams by themselves.

Reject in accepting neateams

If any WMID or its business rejects to accept neateams in accordance with its liabilities and its price-list, the Partnership shall apply to Arbitrage and demand to block the given WMID.

Public data about a New Member of the Partnership

Each New Member provides in its WebMoney ceretificate open for public the following data:

• First and second names
• website
• telephone
• address

Consent to disgrace

By signing this Contract any New Member of the Partnership consents that in case he/she violates the given Contract the Partnership is free to publicly inform all members of the WebMoney community about disgraceful moves of this Member, including, but not limited to WMID's passport data, registration address, actual address, e-mails, ICQ, domain names, peculiarities of the business, etc in any possible way the Partnership may find suitable.
